Shipping policy

We currently deliver exclusively within Hong Kong. Every order is carefully prepared and packed by our team before it leaves our location, ensuring your items arrive in excellent condition.

Order Preparation
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days before dispatch. During this time, each piece is checked, packed, and readied for shipment.

Delivery Timeframe
Once your order has been shipped, delivery usually takes 3–7 business days.
In most cases, the total delivery time from order to arrival is 4–9 business days.

Order Cut-Off Time
Our daily order cut-off time is 17:00 (HKT), Monday through Saturday. Orders placed after this time are processed on the next business day.

Shipping Confirmation and Tracking
As soon as your order is on its way, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. This allows you to follow your delivery step by step until it arrives.

Possible Delays
While we work hard to meet the delivery timelines above, delays may occasionally occur due to high order volumes, weather conditions, or logistical challenges. If your shipment is affected, we will keep you informed with timely updates.
