Return Window
You have 60 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return. This gives you ample time to review your items at home.

Item Conditions
To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following conditions:

  • Unused and unworn
  • In original condition
  • Returned with all original packaging and tags included

Items that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted.

Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure your return arrives safely.

Exchanges
If you would prefer an exchange instead of a refund, please mention this in your email. We will be happy to help, subject to availability.

Refund Processing
Once your returned item has been received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 7 business days.
Please note that banks or payment providers may require additional time to complete the transfer before the funds appear in your account.

No Restocking Fees
We do not charge any restocking fees on returned items.
