Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. After dispatch, delivery usually takes 3–7 business days, which means most orders arrive within 4–9 business days in total. Once your order is on the way, you will receive a tracking link so you can follow the delivery progress.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. All orders include free shipping within Hong Kong. There are no minimum order values or special conditions.
Where do you ship?
At the moment, we ship exclusively within Hong Kong. Our focus is on providing a reliable and smooth local shopping experience.
